2024 ConvertSocial recap and what’s the plan for the future

As we part ways with 2024, it’s a perfect time to reflect on the past year’s achievements. For ConvertSocial, it was a time to strengthen our cooperation with key partners, establish new connections with more brands, and redesign our tools to make them even more useful for publishers. See below where ConvertSocial stands today and what to expect in the future.

Almost 600k programs are available on the platform

During the past year, we worked hard to provide our publishers with the best possible opportunities on the market. This resulted in reaching 1 million Brands available in different countries and worldwide. It was only possible thanks to strengthening our relationships with Awin, Tradedoubler, Impact.com, Partnerize, Webgains, and dozens of key partners. 

Our new programs come from many countries and various categories like fashion, electronics, beauty, online services, home and accessories, and sports, providing the greatest flexibility for our publishers when picking new programs. We aim to become the go-to space for publishers who work with the widest variety of brands because they know we provide the best deals.

ConvertSocial is operating throughout the globe 

Speaking of new countries… With more programs, we have opened new markets. Now publishers can benefit from ConvertSocial’s affiliate marketing campaign worldwide. This is also good news for partners planning to expand or move to new locations.

What changed is how users can filter current programs. With the new division of programs into all available countries, publishers can more easily see which programs apply to their locations. Whether it’s a worldwide program or a local promotion, everything is now visible under specific filters based on the selected geo.

Refreshed onboarding in the platform

We are also making changes to make the platform more intuitive. The new and polished onboarding process is designed to make every step of joining a campaign straightforward. You’ll be able to see it on the platform very soon. Now new users can access useful guides specific to the step they are currently on. No need to search for tabs or reach out to the support team.

Speaking of support: after implementing a chatbot on the platform in 2024, we made reporting technical difficulties or reaching out with specific questions even faster.

What’s to come in 2025?

We’re not stopping! In 2025, we are planning to launch a new feature that will streamline the cooperation process between publishers and advertisers even further. It will combine performance indicators with easier and improved communication. We are also planning to launch even more campaigns and create additional partnerships.
