How to secure a $2,000 weekly income in CPA marketing with zero investment

Social media monetization

In 2017, I started growing my Instagram blog and acquired over 500,000 followers in 4 years. The only promotion method I used was ordering ads from other bloggers. And even considering the fact that advertising was cheaper back in 2017, my endeavor required a pretty big chunk of change. It’s hard to recoup the costs, especially when you’re on maternity leave and have no full-time job.

To expand my audience and earnings, I created a Telegram channel in 2021, where I started promoting goods by posting affiliate links. But I couldn’t get more than 300 followers, so I turned to ConvertSocial, where my manager suggested some free promotion methods. Together, we came up with a development strategy, and in less than three months, over 10,000 people had subscribed to my Telegram channel.

Today, all my social media accounts deal with discounts and promo codes. I have tried my hand in various verticals over the past 5 years, but this one is the most versatile and profitable for me.

Getting started with CPA

When I had over 100,000 followers in 2018, I faced a problem untypical for blogs of such a scale: It barely yielded a return. There were very few advertising requests, and it was impossible to cover the expenses of developing the channel. I started seeking new ways to monetize my content and went with the CPA model, which now makes up 100% of my income.

My blog is devoted to promo codes and deals. I came up with a group of brands from there and started working with them. The average earnings per order were never the key factor in selecting a brand. I realized that the higher the reward is, the more expensive the goods are, which means fewer people can afford them.

In 2022, just like before, I source most of my income from mass-market brands, primarily clothes, cosmetics, vitamins, dietary supplements, food, household goods, and toys.

It took me a little over 4 years to reach a weekly income of $2,000. I understood that you have to be creative in everything you do, starting from selecting a blog subject to searching for promotion channels.
